Hi there,
As is commonly found, what seems like a simple job has turned into a much bigger one! I took the dog house (that's what we call it!) off the boat hoping it needed a few pieces replacing. The idea was to replace a couple of panels I knew needed doing - well maybe 3 or 4. Then sand back and coat it with epoxy and paint.
Having hacked away at it, each bit has some rotten ply in it - so I'm going to rebuild it.
My question - is it ok to pin together the panels with ss screws before finishing off with epoxy & tape. Will the screws introduce a path for moisture, or will they sit happily in there sealed up with ply paint etc?
This is what the dog house looks like > https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnTfH9NpYEvt4SHn386uBQos45-z
TIA!
