Recommendations for heat shrink crimp connectors

I need to get some of these - I'm assuming I should be looking for tin-plated copper connectors (although many don't specify on their online listings).

Can anyone recommend some 'gold-standard' connectors that I could purchase in the UK?

I've found these, for instance Heat Shrink Crimp Butt Connector (Red, Blue, Yellow) - they say they are tinned copper - are these a good example?

Doesn't look like it's very economical to buy these in the UK (based on a quick google of online availability...)

TBH, I bought these, they have been very good and the insulation doesn't split when crimped (which can be a problem with some cheap ones). Link 2

Thanks - I saw them actually, but they are just plain copper rather than tinned. I guess if they're properly sealed, it shouldn't make much difference.

I think I'll give the ones I found in the original post a go - I've seen that site recommended in other posts, and they are tinned copper. Will try and remember to post back as to how I get on with them.

Or furneaux riddall in Portsmouth both supply a large variety of heat shrinking connections, butt, ring, spade and fork.

The ones with the glue in them as well can be worth it in many cases.

I agree about the glue 100%. With a crimp it's essential the insulation is attached firmly to the metal crimped connection in some way so that vibration is transmitted into the cable rather than at the point the conductor goes into the crimp or you can get metal fatigue in the conductor remarkably quickly. Glue also helps seal out moisture, etc.of course. Furneaux Riddall won't sell low quality but it still needs to be the right high quality ones of course.
