Recommendations for Flotilla in Italy?

Do you have some recommendations or companies to suggest for a flotilla holiday in Italy? I have RYA Day Skipper and ICC and we are three young couples without children.

Never been with these guys and know nothing about them: italian-culinary-wine-flotilla. And that page says: "zero reviews"! But would love to know...

Maybe look for a company in the location which appeals -eg do you fancy Sardinia sailing around costa Esmeralda or are you more entranced by coast of Sicily etc? I guess a pilot book of the area might help with choices as to where attracts. A lot on flot holidays depends on how long you might want to be sailing each day. Clearly if you have time a trip to a boat show gives loads of time to speak to various companies in market.
