Having read VicS's comprehensive response to andrewpegs re the problems with his Yamaha 40 has prompted me to ask for help with a manual supplier for my Mariner 50hp 2 stroke so here goes....
Apparently I should be looking for (as near as possible) a manual specific to my engine as SELOC manuals (and similar) relate to engines from, say 2.5 hp > 225 hp. Ideally what I would like (if such a thing exists) is a service manual with parts reference ~ certain threads have refered to an OMC (?) manual - I really don't want the information on a CD as I will only end up printing the pages then I will probably find out I have printed the wrong page!
Engine is a 50hp Mariner, 3 cylinder 2 stroke manufactured in 1984 - so can someone please advise the best manual and the best place to buy?
