Recommend me a 40' boat >£350k

Looking for a boat that we can moor in Portals and use as an apartment in the winter and have some fun on in the summer.
No bigger than 12M as the next berth size is 15M and the cost is over double. Ideally it would have patio doors to the saloon
and be fun to drive with nice handling and spirited performance. I don't mind quirky looks if it fits the brief.

I was thinking more along the lines of a Sunseeker Portifino but with an enclosed saloon, if such a thing exists?

Hi I can advise as have lived on F/L Phantom 40 over 2 yrs in Portals on 12m mooring - best thing I ever did - Ged
