Yes, thought of that, but don't know current pump type, rating or model, hence question. Only know its 12v and supplies 2 cold and 2 hot taps.

If you have or put a water pressure meter into the system you will be able to determine the cut in and out pressures, then you can match a replacement (bloody expensive) pump.
A 2.5 bar meter from Wolseley is just under a fiver (N21309).

As it has a Jabsco switch, doesn't that give a clue to the pressure?

Maybe just a switch rated in volts and amps!

Why not just choose a pump with a suitable volume output for your system . With 4 outlets probably around 3 galls per minute, and a cut out pressure a bit less than the relief valve setting on the calorifier.

Its the volume throughput that will be most important unless you have some fancy high pressure shower. There's need to muck about trying to measure the pressure delivered by the existing, malfunctioning pump

You can adjust the accumulator and expansion tank pressures to suit if necessary.

If the cover is removed, the PSI rating is often marked on the switch.

Thanks pvb, you are absolutely right, i didn't know that, it is, and 20, have replaced with jabsco to match, many thanks for that, and to vicS for his help.

I recently went into a Caravan dealership and was suprised at how many 12v pumps and fittings they had for sale, far more than a chandlers. And Caravan dealers are everywhere, also many 12v light fittings.
