Rebuilding a 1968 Sabb model GG

Kieron I need a bit of help. I have some potential bearing failure in the sump little tiny shards of copper
And also some steel

I would love your opinion

Also, if I need to rebuild the crank and the roller bearings
Where did you get your bearings from? And do you have any pictures of removing the crank as I can’t quite work out how it comes out in two pieces?
