Realistic Vendor MFV

I looked at this MFV a few years ago (5-7 IIRC) as a potential project (I was going through an MFV phase) and it was priced a a bit higher then. It needed a lot of cash spent on it just to sort out rot in the planks above the waterline. Down below was fitted out with pre cut, planed, ready pack pine from BandQ, most of it was warping. The engine didn't look that good either and I think the HP fuel lines were off; they were available to be fitted. All in all its a boat at the end of its life. I think it was on with Wooden Ships back then, or the other brokerage that specialised in wooden boats, I cant remember its name.

Gotta love the way they decided to use the picture taken in driving rain as the main one, when they have several other reasonable ones!

I think most sailors go through an MFV stage in their lives! Some lie down in a dark room and get past it safely and some spend shedloads of money to rock and roll at 6knots at cost of £1+ per mile on fuel.

Spotted this for sale. (No connection). Is this realistic pricing, or does it sound foreboding?
