Happy New year to all!!!!

Well we have been saving since being unable to buy the boat we wanted last year. Now in the perfect position for a cash buy, so was worth the wait.

Isn't it funny though.. There is allways something just that little bit out of reach financially that would be the boat of our dreams... LOL.

We decided to go the the London Boat show.. Had a great day mooching and exploring boats way out of our price range. I must say there did not seem to be many people there, which was actually quite nice for us, as hubby has recently had spinal surgery. (I tried to strangle him for snoring)... ;)

We did look at some of the used boats and found a sealine S44 that was very nicely set up, but still to expensive for us. So off to the internet to find some older less expensive models. lol

It is nice being able to take our time, to find just the right boat for us and not have to worry about financing now.

Sooooooo... Be ready for some questions and a very appreciative thankyou from a newbie.. :D

Thanks for that, but a little small for us. Need a 6 berth and enough room for the doggies.
We have seen one boat we are interested in, so have to wait and see.

The right boat for us will arrive when ready, and we learn a lot on the way.. lol

I have asked a few stupid questions, but this was great.......

I must say it was rather funny to hear an American gentleman at the boat show ask the salesman what happened when it rained. How did he stop the boat getting wet!!!!
