Reading Festival moorings?

Interesting thread, I had been toying with the same idea this year, as I saw some people had moored up for the festival last year-for those who know the campsite, near 'white' area-and I thought that would be a welcome change to sleeping in a muddy tent...
However I have a feeling Reading festival is on at the same time as the ATYC rally, and I imagine Ramage would object to me commandeering the boat for that weekend...

You're correct, Alex, but no problem you sleeping in the tender at Reading is there? He could drop you off on the way up

Hmmmm.....white area is a good idea: any idea whose moorings they are or are they public? That's a much better area than right alongside the Rivermead bank.
