Having got to Cowes the other day, AND had lunch, AND a trip to Newport AND back in the tender, BEFORE you two even tied up, I feel it unfair and unnecessary to participate in this race and spoil your fun.

Mind you, if it clouds over in the Solent on Saturday morning, we''ll know its only the smoke from jonnyflybridge's rear end. Ha Ha!!

Careful, bigcol. Lots of marine compnaies watch this forum, including perhaps your insurers. I am guessing that the small print says you aren't insured for racing. So you won't be insured on Saturday. Indeed, should anyone keep a copy of that post, it would not help an insurance claim you might make in the future, as it paints a picture of you being a careless beer-swilling moron. Whereas in fact i am fairly sure that you drink lager, yes?
