I completed the boat over the weekend ready to go back into the water at the end of this week. Generally the antifouling was in good condition and it was just a case of spot priming one or two areas and applying a coat of Cruiser Uno. The one exception was the rudder where the anti-fouling was disproportionately pitted on its starboard side, leaving a rougher, much more mottled surface. Is there any obvious explanation why this would occur?

I am actually on a swinging mooring and strangely it's the opposite side of the hull - the port side - that has much greater weed growth.
