The days draw in but the decent weather is still hanging on,the season is coming to the end, its the Commodes Sailpast this weekend and the November "Xmas Cruise" will soon be apon us.

Hope to get a couple more trips into perhaps Faversham or Conyer before the Eberspactur gets turned on.
Ps. Yes I did check mine last week.
Anybody else got any plans before the ice forms in the marina and we get daily updates from Tonys bilge thermometers

Henley this weekend for the Rio medal parade, although I guess that means I'll be making 'friends' with some rowers

Not managed Oxford yet, although I do fancy another central London trip before it gets too chilly; might look up the tides for the next month or two this weekend to find an appropriate date. Dinged my props last weekend though, so might stick to 5kts to save getting them fixed this late in the season...

Just come back from a lovely trip up the blackwater , nice trip up the colne and a lunch stop at rowhedge , couple of nights in heybridge with virtually nobody there, stopped of in bradwell overnight for a trip to the pub and a nice meal before returning along a windless coast to the mudway. It looks like the weathers changing though so make the most of it for now.
