Just a quick bimble down the river before lunch at club.Only 9 boats turned out would this have something to do with the fact that the party previous evening finished around 3am. ?
Not me watched fireworks on TV then up the apples and pairs/pears/pares ?

A quick blast

Bit chilly when sun went down and lots of junk in river including large sections of tree truck last spotted six months ago up at Allington.

Off to half decent start ...................

Tide was bit on the weedy side today .

Notice how all the limp wristed effete raggies have taken their delicate little toys ashore and are all firmly on Terra Firma until the spring
Saw one single sailing boat out today and it was definately not a AWB,rather a classic little yacht AND they waved at me after made sure I was well past them before going to WOT and additionally eased down well before I came back .

Without wishing to diss Queenborough,it is not my favorite destination.
It has bit of a reputation regards the locals liberating other peoples stuff.
Hope that things have much improved since my outboard went walkabout off the stern of my tender ,must mention however that it was another local who enabled me to get it back about 30 mins later.
