I bought a Es127 of someone that said it was new but surplus to his needs , He forgot to mention that the unit had been back to Raymarine for repair , in effect used ,anyway on sending it back this is Raymarines reply
What ,if any rights do I have ? The unit is 35 month old and technically scrap.!

Tested and confirmed screen jumps. Unit has suffered touchscreen failure. LCD needs replacing but spares are not available so a repair is not possible. We can upgrade the display for a new Axiom Pro 12 RVX under the fixed price repair charge if agreed. Cost is £950.00 excluding postage and vat.
