Where do the wind, speed and depth transducers get wired back to?
I have E80 and S2 auto pilot all connected via sea talk.

I may be missing something as my reply seems too obvious, but the wind wiring goes to the wind instrument, and the speed/depth/temp to the tridata or separate speed and depth instruments. Theses instruments then put the data onto the Seatalk network.

Yes, assuming you have ST60s or the like.

The very latest kit has a black box that converts the transducer signal into seatalk, and the instrument heads are merely interchangeable displays. This is so obviously the way it should be done that I wonder why they took so long - as Simon says, they always used to do that conversion in dedicated instruments.
