Raymarine radome magnetron

My E series is now about 12 years old, everything works fine apart from the radar. Having taken the radome apart, the magnetron looks in poor condition, and talking to Raymarine their diagnosis is that the magnetron is faulty. It seems that Raymarine no longer support the E series and replacement magnetrons are no longer available.

Apart from buying a second hand radome, does anyone have any suggestions how I can find a replacement? My searches so far have drawn a blank, and I really don’t want to scrap an otherwise perfectly functioning set of kit.

BTW, if you felt adventurous, the magnetron in a simple tin waveguide can be used (discretely ) to zap any drone control systems...
