Raymarine log transducer to NASA Duet

Hi Guys
Anyone know if its possible (and if so, how) to connect my boats existing 5 pin Raymarine speed transducer cable to my newly acquired NASA Duet with its co-ax socket?
I'm hoping it may be easier to add a connector rather than to run new cabling for, and fitting, the NASA transducer.

If the Nasa unit is operating a two wire input, then the transducer will be a simple reed switch and magnet to give the pulses, whereas the Raymarine (Airmar) transducer has a hall effect switch that needs power to get a pulse back out again.

But for completeness,

Red +5V
Black/screen 0v
Green Log pulse
the othe two wires are then the thermistor and polarity etc is irrelevant.
