HI we have an a65 at the mo and just bought a e90w off a fellow forumite of fame ,will the antenna plug off the a65 fit the e90w or am i dreaming

I'm assuming you have the original A65 and not the latest touch screen version as that has built in GPS, and that you have a RS12 GPS, the RS12 is NMEA 0183 9600 Baud only, in theory you should be able to cut the plug off and connect GPS to your NMEA input on the E90w, you would also need to identify the cables from GPS to make the correct connections.

hi i have bought a evermore nmea 0183 anttena does anyone know which conections to an e90 w ie wire colours i need to conect ,roy

+ out from GPS to white on mfd
- out from GPS to green on mfd
There's total of three nmea inputs on E90w the above leaves room for other inputs as well.

hi iam having the gps delivered to the boat tomorrow so cant see the drawing yet if i get one ,the guy on the phone said one wire was for nmea and one to be grounded which i take is neg thanks for info ,roy
