Raymarine fixing studs

Does anyone happen to know what size Raymarine's instrument fixing studs are please? I suspect M4 but a 5/32-36 UNF tap seems a reasonable fit too. Taps are all I have handy to try, no screws!
(I need a couple with the thumbwheel nuts if anybody has any spares...)

Yes, M4. Forget the thumbwheel nuts, just use regular nuts and washers/penny washers.
