Thinking of upgrading my current Raymarine A70D chartplotter to a Raymarine e7D MFD.

The A70D is fitted with a Navionics Compact Flash card, however, the e7D uses Micro SD cards.

As my Navionics card is a P+/XL3 version, I would like to use the same in the e7D, so does anyone know if Navionics offer an exchange, whereby I can change the Compact Flash card for a Micro SD card version?

I would contact Navionics and ask, they are usually very helpfull.

Just to update, in case of interest to others.

PRS communications reply: You can update your existing 28XG CF card to the latest version and go for the MSD/SD card for £ 95.00. With the e7D you could also consider the Navionics+ update as an exchange £ 95.00 or Platinum+ upgrade at £ 195.00.

Navionics reply: Please send it back to us and we can update it for you at half price. If it is a Platinum card it will be £150.00 to exchange from a CF card to a MSD card.
