Thought I would ask this here rather than PBO Forum as these are more likely found on Mobo's than raggy things.
Boadicea, my new to me Corvette came with a lovely C120 radar plotter circa 2006.
After pulling my hair out most of Saturday I finally found out the reason I had no GPS plot was because I had not turned on the ancient Garmin C232 plotter, which is apparently providing via NMEA0183 the GPS data for the C120. Two plotters on to cross the Solent seemed a bit of an overkill !
I would have expected the C120 to include its own GPS data source.
So I have this modern(ish) C120 sat next to a steam driven Garmin back & white plotter both sharing the same data. What is the easiest way to get rid of the Garmin and de-clutter the chart area ?
