Hi
I am in the process of fixing (because I am too skint to buy a hydraulic decent drive) my linear drive. The recirculating bearings had fallen out because the recirculating tube had lost a tiny bit off the end that steers the bearings backup the tube. I have had a weld put on and reshaped the tube and it looks as though it will work so now I am about to replace the bearings, the question is How many bearings should it have, I lost a good few but have no idea how many? Does anyone happen to know? Also looking for a sensible method for getting the bearings in, if anyone has any ideas.
oh how I love Raymarine....
Thanks
Ken
