Rarely Used Tools

Where I used to live, a group of neighbours got together and we each wrote a list of the specialised tools we owned and handed it around to all the others. Then when we needed something, we knew where to go to borrow it. So I could lend someone my mig-welder one weekend and borrow someone else's extending ladder on another weekend.

I think this would work well for boaty stuff too. Anyone in Portishead want to join in?

Is anyone in the Cardiff area able and willing to lend a right angle drill to me? There would of course be a consideration provided in a bottle of some description
