Had tried another lifting sling for our tender which was very fiddly and did not work well.

Purchased a Rib Eye to fit the FB space on our Swift Trawler and came across Rapid Marine when looking for an alternative lifting harness.

+1 to that. We have Rapid Marine kit for our RIB / Davits. Works a treat. Have to admit it was fitted by the owner of RM who was the previous owner of the boat, but I'll definitely use again on our next boat.

+2. We have a complete set including the tie downs for our rib that is lifted by our Passerelle ,as others have said great bit of kit and top quality materials , after three season,s of use they still look and work as new,

We also have tied downs as well as a lifting cradle. I've always muddled through over the years but to have the right kit is a real joy. Beautifully manufactured and a very knowledgable company. It may not be the sexiest topic but they know their stuff.

It takes away the element of doubt every time you lift the tender in or out.
