Something to do with the weather apparently..........so it looks like we are going to explore Faversham Creek "again".
Taking a chance on finding a mooring as some internecine squabble twixt Faversham and Swale councils has resulted in the man who used to sort moorings at Town Wharf being usurped in a coup. :)
Ho hum.
Shame it is nice to have a confirmed berth at journies end.

Our plan for a change of boat has now moved on a stage further and the old tub is now on the web.
Being a confirmed never ever ever have two boats at the same time we are not holding our breath.
Will only start running up and down the length of the country as and when we get any interest.

Is the forecast that bad? We were planning on going to Ramsgate with friends, but had to call off because of a domestic crisis!

Don't know where they got their forecast from. Nice trip over to Calais very early Saturday morning. Moules Mariniere for lunch,,,,steak for dinner. Cruised back Sunday on the flybridge in blazing sunshine. Overnight at Harty Ferry in the Swale, and a slow plod back this afternoon. Very enjoyable weekend in near perfect conditions :)

rather a nice weekend as it turned out.
Did our usual tour of pubs and resturants.
Only two of us finally ended up in Faversham, rest all went to Conyer, which apparently has the irresistible added attraction of both power and water.
