Rail fastener

Looking for somewhere which supplies a strong attachment to rail (for a stern anchor chain box):



Any suggestions? Have done google and haven't found this. Looks like a liferaft fitting.

Thanks - the tube saddle ones will do me. I will get a flat back put onto the chain box and use 4 of them. Should be more than secure enough.
