I have a Raymarine es 127 12" touch screen that keeps freezing, it has AIS that still works. The only get around is to switch it off then reboot it! this may last for 15 min then freezes again , my batteries are fully charged .Sometime ,but not all it will veer off course as well,a piece of kit that cannot be relied on

I tried phoning the British number from Greece ,however got a message saying you have contacted out side Eastern time and to phone back when open. Now back in UK on landline and get the same message 01329 246 777. bit odd.?

Now also tried another number 01329 246 932 three time got through to America..

At last I have contacted them.
