Radio Licences ?

Why have I now got two discs to display, both of which expire Jan or Feb. 2005 ? One is blue and issued by the Radio Coms. Agency ( or somat like that) the other is red and is issued by OfCom. Can I throw one away as I hate to have excess stickers on the wheelhouse windows ?

We have just applyed for our new licence and this is now through Ofcom as the Radiocommunications agency ceased to exist in December 03, I'd assume that the Ofcom one will be the later one but it mey be best to check with them, www.ofcom.org.uk

Oh god don't go to the Ofcom website it's a bit complicated.
