Is it feasible to fit both a radar dome & a radar reflector on the same arch ? or would the reflector interfere with the radar signal too much.

Questioned this myself, but did it anyway and have experienced no shadow or blocking at all.

you may not have visible blocking/shadowing on the display as some of the signal should get round the reflector (assuming reflector is narrower than the scanner length) However, in marginal conditions, there will be some reduction in performance over that segment.

Why not have the scanner on the top of the arch and the reflector underneath.
That way the radar Tx will not 'see' the reflrctor, but beams coming in will and bounce back.
