Radar fault

Hi I have developed a fault on my Furuno 1622 radar.
I have attached a photo of the display showing the fault.
I have checked the doom and the system is spinning which is suggesting an issue with pcd's.
Any one know of anyone selling a second hand doom or parts.

By doom I assume you mean radome?

Have you checked that the actual radar is getting power to it ?

Presumably so as he said the array is spinning.

On a old late 1970s Monochrome Raymarine radar, time and vibration had resulted in some of the wiring soldered to a PCB inside the dome breaking away. Scanner was still revolving as the power wiring had remained connected and blank display.
Dome removed, dismantled and a soldering iron applied to every and any solder joint that was visable on the PCB inside.
Easy to fix due to dinosaur technology, you could actually see stuff.
On reassembly it all worked again.
