R&D/Polyflex Engine Mounts for Yanmar 3YM30 SD20

Dear All
My engine mounts definately need changing. (2x #100 1 x #230)
I downloaded a copy of Mike Coates' article from PBO (May 2009) which described the failures of standard Yanmar items and how he fitted Polyflex as an alternative. Any feedback from the forum on these?
The R&D Marine direct replacements look good to me but I would be interested if anyone has actually used these and how they perform?

Fitted R&D to mine (3GM30) about 6 months ago. Went in very easily, no problems since. Early days, but if they last as long as the originals no reason not to be perfectly happy.

What i liked is that the R&D units seemed to attend to the weak areas of the Yanmar originals (and in fact where mine had sheared).

Fitted R&D to my 2GM 2 years ago - much less movement (is that good?). I had to raise the mounting surface, used hardwood bolted down with original bolts - the R&D mounts have a different bolt pitch. AT 4 mounts for the price of 1 of Yanmar's, it seems a no-brainer.
