Understated indeed! Lots of admiration for someone who "goes for it" in the way he has, is always positive and appreciative of the opportunity to do it, and is happy to let circumstances decide what - if anything - he does next. Good role model, I reckon!

I have to say that I have been hugely impressed with Phil's determination to complete this UK circumnavigation trip. I have been following his blog from almost the first day and as a fellow owner of a boat like Phil's, a Pirate 17, I can really appreciate the challenges of completing this task in such a small boat!
