Very helpful email exchanges with the UKHO and the PLA who are being very supportive. Those two fouls were discovered by the PLA in the 90s and were considered VERY insignificant then and not a hazard to surface navigation. They are well down clear of any yacht's keel. So, I think the way is clear to use that swatchway - I thought that way before the info from the UKHO and PLA. I think it also fair to say that the PLA realise that there is ample water for yachts outside and to the east of the buoyed channel in Fisherman's. As long as we keep out of the way - as unfortunately has been recently reinforced (where ever the mistake or blame lies).
