Hi, I'm looking at taking my 20ft to Spain in the summer and i'm trying to find an area with good places to come ashore.
I like to play around in the sea while the wife and family like to laze around on the beach. I can't seem to find any areas where the yellow buoy brigade haven't strung up a load so far off the beach it's impossible to anchor up or even come into the beach for a break, change over passengers, have a wee etc.
We found a small bay near El Campello last year which was ok but thought i'd see if anyone else knew of others?

you could try the southern end of the Mar Menor, or one of the islands in the middle. Any beach on the costa blanca that's popular or easily accessed will have yellow boys, so you will need to go somewhere off the beaten track. I think there are a few slipways in the small marinas in the mar menor, so you could trailer to one of them then take the boat to find a secluded area.
