We tried to tie up last week and were told to move off on to the buoys by Phil.I see that sign says "Landing closed". Dunno why tho - are you about Phil.

Yes that's the new pontoons going in .They are not secured to the bottom yet and the whole lot is wafting around abit until sorted .
