as per the title,

looking for a shore power plug, must be 30A (just in case, as marina is 16A but fuses in the el.panel are 20A...)
that has to be flush mounted, has to be ss so that I avoid all the hassle with matching plastic white colours and has be nice and watertight.
Came across this Osculati for 60euro and the blue socket and the also blue watertight hood for it cost another 40euro.

looks good and solid, do I have many chances of getting something better at a reasonable price or should I pick this one locally?
Not particularly keen on the marineco offerings, tbh look and feel similar quality, just worse design and more expensive.

For the record the existing plug is inside a small hatch and there's no way it's going to remain there (just in front of the stbrd side aft deck cleat...)
Further its a normal 30A industrial plug with the round poles and not a proper marine item, not watertight either

Vas, that looks an excellent price!
I'm looking to install shorepower on my project (Relcraft 23) and have been looking for the same, though doubt I'll need anywhere near a 30A size, do you know if they do a lower amperage version? And if so can you point me in the direction of the seller please.
Thanks, Rob.

Rob,

not quite the reply I was hoping for...
I thought that someone would come and say, nah, get this for 80 :p
I'm pretty sure they didn't have anything else, I asked but they only did this 30A in SS (OK, they had some plastic ones smaller, but I didn't bother). Also the non ss version (flat cap, spring loaded) was almost 20euro less.
Also I'm not absolutely sure it's 100euro or 100+VAT(23% or something like that, changes often...)
I've just checked my notes from a couple of other things that I enquired and they seem to quote without tax.
I'll call them one of the following days and ask.
Shop is in Glyfada, Athens, their web presence is minimal, but I'd be happy to get one for you and send it over.Should be able to get a better price for 2 of them...
I'm going to be down here in two weeks time anyway. I'll keep you posted.

cheers

PS. any other options anyone???
