PVC covered simple cushions

Any tips on making, or better still recovering. Only a small 17 foot trailer sailor but during refit I want to improve it and lift its appearance. I already have the foam, covered in a baby poo brown pvc. Lovely!!

I haven't tried it yet, but I was looking at recovering a couple of vinyl seats, and I came across vinyl dye. Apparently it's not a paint it's a dye that absorbs into the vinyl.

Have just had two new smallish seat cushions in blue vynile made up by a caravan refurbishing company(Anne Rose) on the Isle of Sheppey.
A blimming bargain after some of the eye watering prices asked from various marine industry suppliers.
In one instance £400 quid was quoted,presume must be people out there who pay this sort of money ?
