Purchasing new batteries Spain
I'm In Port Ginester Barcelona, and the cost of 110ah batteries is enormous 175 euros each Uk price £90 anybody found a cheaper way of purchasing?

I seem to remember an informative thread on precisely this about six months ago. Google might find it for you (forget the YBW search function: it's useless). Or maybe a participant will be along to point you in the right direction.

Some of the quality is bit questionable , bought 4 in 2017 , 110 ah , run flat in 5 hours sailing .

Bought a starter battery and 2 domestics. on line ( Spanish ebay) similar price to major on line UK suppliers rapid delivery. I don't think it is Spain that is so expensive per se but the Marina/chandlery/boaty thing

Have you tried Battery Megastore? They have a branch in France, may be easier than UK.

You can get Rolls batteries at very good prices from solar stores in Spain. Trojans are also readily available but a little more expensive. Quick google search reveals the links below:

Have you tried Battery Megastore? They have a branch in France, may be easier than UK.

I checked them out a few years ago and they seemed like a good bet with prices similar to their UK site. I checked them out recently to make certain that they were still in business. My existing T105s are still fine but I like to have something planned in case there's a future problem. I seem to remember that they were now charging a little under 20% above UK prices after conversion to GBP. Possibly related to current value of GBP vs EUR.

Find the nearest Agricultural Tractor dealer near you, they will have new batteries for sale for tractors and probably at reasonable prices.
