Public Health Passenger Locator Form

I have completed an account on the .Gov.uk website for the said Passenger Locator form and I have an iPhone and iPad.

My wife will not use an iPhone or iPad and does not have a email address and I cannot see any way I can include her on my account. ( She is over 18 years old ?)

The so called help line just refers you to the web site and it is impossible to talk to anyone.

Does any one have any advise on how to deal with this conundrum please. Any assistance will be gratefully received.

Thanks guys that was my fall back solution. Just wondered if I was missing something on the .gov website. I always try to go for the easiest solution.

We have just come out of a 10 day isolation.
SWMBO has her own phone but leaves it beside her bed so the Covid police tried to call but she didn't answer!!
Even I can't phone her.
The Covid police phoned me about 4 times during our isolation.
Sometimes, I too missed their calls.

Now that you don't have to isolate, I wouldn't worry about it.
Just fill in something that allows you to get home.
