Pub landlord question

I have recently taken over as the manager of a small public house in south london. Can i just throw beer at any strange-looking customers whom I don't think will fit in with my generally upmarket clietele when they order a drink, provided that it is in the correct quantities?

Could be problem, suppose they order a large glass of Chilean Chardonnay and get a glass of Bagshit Badgers Armpit flung at them? I think they'd be entitled to complain. They should get what they asked for and the Bagshits etc etc is definitely not Chilean Chardonnay unless someone else knows to the contrary?

Yes, provided the quantity of fluid and force of delivery is appropriate to the ugliness/general unsuitability of the "client". As long as you stick within the, soon to be published, guidelines for the general humiliation and ejection of unwanted persons you should find yourself enjoing the full support of the Met and judiciary. I must, however, stress the importance of ensuring that the fluid is administered "full on", so as to ensure that there can be no suggestion that the unpopular/unsightly/unwelcome person was leaving of his/her own accord.

The obvious answer is to employ door people who have been instructed on the minimum wallet size potential customers must carry. Using this method avoids the wastage of good beer.
