Thanks for a great post. I am Swedish and this knowledge gave me lots of new pride and a strong feeling of patriotism. I just hope my government manages to negotiate free visa access to a few more countries so that Sweden will become the NO1 of all proud countries in the world.

I would agree Britain England or Scotland in the original sense do not exist any more . Country is now like the house you live in or the car you drive identified by the brand and not by a specfic tribe due to immigration or multiculturalism

I have spent 2/3 of my life outside of the Uk and have lived in 6 different countries. My feeling is that there are no significant differences between individuals in any of those countries.

No country has a monopoly of intelligence (except maybe Ulster...) courage, generosity or whatever.
