Prosport 20 plus charger

I switched this charger off(pulled the plug out the mains supply)
My batteries (4) are flat, anyone know if this charger is capable of recharging from flat.?

further on,,,,,24hrs on charge and I now have 1 blue light and two red lights, but no charge in any of the batteries. ???

What battery voltage is "flat"? Have you checked charger output to see if it's working?

No lights function or bilge pump etc
Don't have any test equipment with me.

Have you a 12v bulb and some wire? If so rig up a simple tester and check charger output

The charger died from natural courses, along with one of the four batteries.
Now have new born charger and four new batteries.
