Does anybody know any hard information about any successful prosecutions of owners who have scuttled their boats to scam their insurance?

I have heard and read of investigations, but never actually seen a prosecution.

Smaller boat here, although not sure what happened re prosecution but it does say 'Evidence to prosecute insurance fraud—or even deny a claim—also can be hard to obtain. Sending down a sub can be too expensive or even impossible in deep
water, and so many deliberate wrecks are never found.'
