Prosecutions for mooring offences

Good news, but what about the other 40 odd boats in Spelthorne? I contacted the council and they told me it was the EA's responsibility, the EA told me it was Spelthornes and so on and so on..

At least it's a start,out of small acorns....It's the council ffs they are all hopeless generally:)....Maybe once they realise there is a revenue stream tapping up boaters who knows......
I wonder if they wore life jackets and did a risk assessment before venturing out of the office:)

Wonder if this is the first time they have taken action.Were these three persistant offenders ?

and then they will realise that they can hammer the legal fee paying boaters,just wait for mooring areas/fees to be increased,be carefull waht you wish for
