I have one on board, and it isn't working. I suspect the chap who installed it [who isn't my favourite person at the moment] walked off with it.

After trying to start up, it shuts down again and the little red LED on the thermostat blinks rapidly 5 times [Q FL R 5!] DOes anyone have a copy of the error codes that could let me have?

I would be very grateful.

Don't have a copy of the error codes (didn't even know they existed to be honest!) but mine did a similar thing and I stripped it out and sent it down to the agents only to hear "no fault found". When I came to refit it I noticed that the combustion air inlet duct (the smaller of the two concentric metal ones) was blocked with water. It had a "U" bend in it and there was water in the bend so the unit couldn't suck air. Thinking about it, the fault only started after a knock-down. Anyway, just a thought...

No codes, but my fault finding chart says:
Heater commences cycle then locks out without igniting
- No gas to heater - turn on gas, check bottle and valve.
Heater starts then cuts out after a few seconds running
- Not Flame sensing - Replace electronic control box.
Lockout light shows as soon as heater is switched on
- Low voltage cut out is operating - check / charge battery

The number I have for Propex UK Ltd is 023 8052 8555
