Your existing prop will be about optimum, if you can get the weight down to about 5000lb.
My guesses for beam and draft might be wrong, to be fair.
But the weight seems to be the killer in your case.

5000lbs ha! Her weight is also what makes her so stable, as most of it is lead in her keel. I guess poor performance under motor is a price I'll have to pay.

Yes prop and hull are clean, to other comments, above.

Looks like I'll be struggling, whatever I put on. I guess I'll just have to be happy with what I've got. Thanks for the advice, all.
