Propeller Selection

I have an 18' Chris Craft with a 305 Mercrusier. The prop it now has is a 3-blade with 14 diameter and 19 pitch. This does not give me the juice I want off the start. I am looking for a prop that will give skiers a better chance of getting up.
Any suggestions?

1 change the pitch
2 get better skiers
3 post the question on MOBO forum, more skier types on that Forum I would think, plus peeps will know about propsize and pitch for that kind of activity over there ! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Which way would you change the pitch to give more acceleration at low spped?

I would have thought diameter was a better way to go.

Suggestion about MOBO forum is probably a good one.
