Hello Everyone,
in november 2013 we crossed the atlantic from las palmas to st.lucia caribic. We have an ssb with pactor on board but no idea how to use it. 5 year´s ago i make my LRC license but i have no idea how to use my new radio ic-m802.
In las Palmas. There was a german company with the name yachtfunk.com, he was a very friendly guy and he show me my radio and how can i use it.
A friend of me crossing in this moment alone the atlantic. I tell Joerg from Yachtfunk.com, it´s possible to talk to my friend and which frequency we can use.
Joerg show me a little program on his laptop. And this program change my life with my new SSB radio. It´s propagation program " where & when from the company yachtfunk.com.
After than i sent and e-mail to my friend vlado and the next day we have a beautiful ssb contact on 12Mhz.
The most of the ARC sailor´s use this program.
