Keel is irrelevant. Factors are engine size and type, reduction ratio which determines shaft speed, weight, waterline length and number of blades. You also have to decide whether motoring or sailing performance is important and whether you want to go to the expense of a folding or even more a feathering propeller! Any competent propeller supplier will advise and Owners asscoiation will give you some idea of others' experiences.

I think you will find that the name Stephen Jones refers to the designer of the keel, rather than of the boat. I believe it was an option for the Starlights as well as a retrofit option for the 34.
